Cats are Complicated

No parent, of a pet or child, is perfect. Cats are, well, complicated. There is so much information, how does one know what advice to take or whose to ignore? If anyone is adamant about a product, usually they’re trying to sell you something (yes, even our vets). The truth is, you guessed it, cats are complicated! There may be more than one right answer and maybe a very rare, unheard of solution depending on your cat’s unique problems and purrsonality.

Like many people, I never know who or what to trust. How do I know my pets and fosters are getting the proper nutrition? Recently, I’ve started a job at a local pet shop here in Richmond (Red Ridge Pet Market) and have quickly learned a lot of beneficial information from people who actually know what they’re talking about. I’ve been studying everything from nutrition, picky eaters, sickness, FDA regulations, and so on.
